Shipping policy
Processing: orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard: 3-5 business days. Free on orders over $75, otherwise $3.99.
- Expedited: 2 business days, $14.99.
International: 7-21 business days depending on destination. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan it.
Wrong address: contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll update it. Once a package ships we can't reroute it.
Lost or stolen packages: if tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first. Contact us within 7 days and we'll help open a claim.
