Refund policy
We want you to love how your ride looks. If you don't, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund.
To be eligible, items must be unused or lightly test-fitted, in resellable condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@motorizex.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label for orders shipped within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-10 days to post it.
Damaged or defective on arrival: send a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. No return required.
Warranty: all MotorizeX lighting kits carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage from improper installation, accidents, or modification is not covered.
Non-returnable: gift cards and clearance items marked final sale.
